The client is also responsible for ensuring that they are authorized to use trademarks, accounts, phone numbers, domains, platforms, creatives, assets, data and any other resources involved in the project.

For the implementation and operation of Lyra LeadFlow, it may be necessary to provide a phone number, messaging accounts, platform access, administrative permissions, tokens, credentials, integrations and other technical elements required for setup and operation.

The client acknowledges that the operation of the tool may depend on third-party services, such as messaging providers, social networks, advertising platforms, APIs, automations, CRMs, hosting and external environments governed by their own rules.

Talarico Labs is not responsible for downtime, policy changes, blocks, technical limitations, account suspensions, third-party failures or loss of access resulting from external platforms.

The client is responsible for maintaining ownership, legitimacy and regularity of the accounts, lines, assets and permissions used in the project.

When agents, automations or intelligent flows are used, the client acknowledges that the solution is intended to organize, qualify, respond, route or support processes according to previously configured logic and may require human validation, monitoring and periodic adjustments.

Whenever necessary to execute the scope, the client may provide access, passwords, logins, invitations, permissions or technical credentials. Talarico Labs will use such access only for operational purposes related to the project.

Whenever possible, the use of dedicated users, permission-based invitations, controlled access levels, two-factor authentication and good security practices is recommended.

The client remains responsible for the custody, regularity, authorization and legitimacy of the granted access.

Hiring setup, consulting or advisory services does not automatically transfer ownership of third-party platforms, external assets or accounts originally belonging to the client or third parties.

Deliverables, timelines, technical depth, tools used and responsibilities of each party depend on the scope contracted for each project.

The management of ads, social media, automations and operational structure, when included, will be carried out within the limits of the approved scope, available budget and technically feasible conditions during the contracted period.

Talarico Labs does not guarantee specific financial results, fixed lead volume, sales, contracts, revenue, ROI or any indicator that depends on external and operational variables beyond its direct control.

It is also not responsible for third-party failures, platform downtime, rule changes, rejections, blocks, API interruptions, account restrictions, loss of external data or impacts arising from the client’s own actions.

Materials, structures, texts, flows, methods, logic, documents, components, strategies, prompts, automations and other elements developed by Talarico Labs may be protected by copyright, intellectual property, operational confidentiality and restricted use depending on the project context.

The use, copying, redistribution or improper reproduction of materials may be limited by contract, scope or applicable law.
